Release Party (n.2)

In October, just days after the new edition of the book was published by Sasquatch Books, we had a casual release party at Mother Foucault's Bookshop. We held the self-published edition's release party here too, as it is our favorite shop in town. It's fun to look back on the first party after looking at these pictures! It was another groovy time catching up with old friends, meeting new enthusiasts, and sharing both food and writing with people! 

Andrew made several items from the book to eat:

  • Hot Borscht, First Night In Berlin Style
  • Beery Mac & Cheese
  • Cheddar/Arugula Scones
  • Russet/Rye Apple Pie

There were wines from Union Wine Company to add to the celebratory experience ; )  A special shoutout to Alex Hatzakis and Josh Banyard for pouring drinks and running our part of the store, and as always to Craig at Mother Foucault's for being the best host ever! Please note the kid reaching for the mac & cheese in last photo with a glance over his shoulder to see if his mom is looking.
